Sometimes pets, through no fault of their own, find the grooming experience difficult. This can be because of physical limitations, anxiety, or fear. We always strive to provide a safe, compassionate grooming for these pets. To protect the safety of our staff and the pet, we may not be able to complete services on dogs who are physically or emotionally unable to cope with the grooming process. We enjoy getting to build relationships with these pets and are always willing to work with you and your pet to find a grooming routine that works. In the event that we are unable to safely provide grooming services, we promise to help you find a solution that works for you and your pet.
