We understand that things come up and appointments may need to be cancelled. We ask that you give 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made after the 24 hour window will have a fee equal to 50% of the estimated service price.

At Laura's Paw Spaw, we go by appointment for all services to ensure the best care for your pet. Pets are not accepted more than 10 min before their scheduled appointment time. Once service is complete, we give a 1 hour window to pick up. Pets left over the 1 hour will have an extended stay fee starting at $15.

Yes, we require proof of up-to-date vaccinations for all pets that we groom. This helps to protect the health and safety of all pets and staff in our salon. Tags are not accepted.
